Ruoholahdenkatu 23 achieves LEED Gold Certification
The complete renovation of the triangular block built in 1913 included approximately 5000m² of office space and a retail space in basement.
The owners of the building during the construction phase were YIT Finland and HGR Property-Partners Finland, and currently the main tenant is Carson Wagonlit Travel.
