DESIGN CONCEPT:
The historic property at Fredrinkinkatu 42 was comprehensively renovated and expanded by PES-Architects in the 1990s.
In the recent renovation, the top floor meeting and sauna areas were refreshed throughout. A new shower area was designed, and the sauna room was renovated according to the original design.
